The Story

The Founder and Managing Member of Hennep Vestor is Andrew DiAlberto. Andrew is the President of Number 1 Enterprises, Inc. For the past 6 years Number 1 Enterprises has specialized in non-traditional lending for Commercial Real Estate and Small Businesses. The sweet spot for the company has been funding business owners that were not able to obtain financing from traditional lenders (i.e. Banks, Credit Unions, SBA, Conventional Financing). In mid-2017 Number 1 Enterprises funded its first project in the Cannabis Industry. The project is a Cannabis grower, transporter, and extractor in Alaska. The story of that business’s capitalization success has led to funding two projects in the last 8 months. Since then we have analyzed and done due diligence on a myriad of projects in the industry. After vetting each deal, there are four more projects that are in different stages of capital acquisition.

The Mission

Hennep Vestor’s goal is to match the ambitious investor, whom is looking to capitalize on the legalization of Cannabis in the United States but does not have time or knowledge to find and vet opportunities. We will provide investors all over the United States direct access through a subscription service to the projects we have vetted and have in the funding process. The members will be empowered to invest in privately held companies doing exciting things in the Cannabis Field.
